Reiki Certified

Congratulations to me!  I have completed my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 courses :)  And yes, I have been initiated by the Grand Master.  I'm now a Reiki healer and I can balance your chakras hehehehe.  Nope, I am still unable to manipulate chakras and I can't do astral projections yet (I hope I don't have to...I'll freak out looking at myself).  Wanted to proceed to Master class but my master said that I'm not ready...need to practice first.  Guess I'm just too excited.   My calling came only after my crystal healing course.  Frankly, I always have the thought of going to a master to learn Reiki but never really put that thought into action until recently while at the holistic fair.  This is my second year visiting the holistic fair but the calling was strong this time.

So what exactly is Reiki?  Reiki is founded by Dr Mikao Usui (read history here).  Reiki is not a religion.  The word basically means universal life energy. It is the power which acts and lives in all created matter.  The word Reiki consists of 2 parts. Rei - the universe, boundless aspect of the energy.  Ki - vital life force energy which flows through all living beings.  A Reiki practitioner taps the pure energy from the universe, channels it through his body and sends it out through his hands as healing energy.  This energy is applied to the Chakras and organs surrounding them to restore the harmony of  the chakras.  There are altogether 772,000 meridians in the body but 7 major ones (which we know as Chakras).  Others are known as acupuncture points.

If you are interested to know more about Reiki, you can do a search on the internet and many information will surface.  The most important thing is to get your attunement from a qualified master.  Attunement makes you an instrument for the energy to pass through you to the person you are trying to heal.

Certified Crystal Healer

Alright ladies and gentlemen, I have completed my Certificate in Crystal Healing class and is officially a certified crystal healer.  What it means is that I heal people using crystals according to the chakra.  My favourite part of the practicum is balancing chakras.  Coz I can simply do that using my pendulum which is also my dowsing tool.

We were given a clear and a rose quartz wand in the class and we get to choose them before our attunement by our Grand Master.  My favourite stone is actually the smoky quartz Shree Yantra and then followed by my amethyst pendulum.  The rest of the stones were basically used for the Chakras.

Oh and I got a celestite.  Was so attracted to the light blue peaceful color.  Best thing about the celestite is that it has the power to balance all chakras.  Nice right?

Anyway, most people attends the crystal healing class after their Reiki classes.  But I'm doing it the other way.  I actually attends this class first before my Reiki 1 and 2 lol.  Whatever it is, my boy has decided to be my guinea pig.

Stuck in JB

Came to JB for some foot massage and petrol and late night supermarket shopping. All ended at 2.30am (even stole some time to have a magnum ice cream). Weird thing is that the congestion is still horrendous. It actually starts the moment we get our passport stamped at Malaysia custom. So it is actually the Singapore custom that is causing the entire congestion. Hope to get home by 4am coz I have my theory at 9am -.-"

The boy actually wanted to stay for the night but I think it will be too rush for tomorrow so I suppose it's best to get back to Singapore. Singapore's check at this time of the day is probably too thorough that's why the delay. It's freaking 3am now and the traffic condition is no way easing at all. Think I'll just take a nap. Who knows...I might wake up in Singapore soon.

Blink Blink Pressie

Wanted to post this sometime ago but I am still recovering from very bad sunburn.  Every little touch on my skin hurts like crazy!  We brought his little girl to Legoland and WaterPark.  All was well, we got a Legoland driving licence for the princess, she dragged me for rides and we hopped over to the WaterPark.  I'm not a big fan of slides so while daddy brought the princess to explore the rest of WaterPark, I was stuck in the lazy river resting on the donut and floating around.  First half of the ride was challenging coz the princess kept splashing me and then stealing daddy's super soaker so we can shoot at him (yeah! that's 2 super soaker for us and none for him)!  Second half was all rest for me (when they went for the slides)....which I regretted in the end.  If I didn't lose count, I floated 20 rounds in the river.  That is a good enough time to get my skin BBQed.  The boy hasn't stop laughing at me even till today -.-"

Back to the topic.  I got a 0.5ct blink blink pressie!!  I was even given a super cool ring stand ("so that you won't leave it lying all over the place and lose it" <- br="" exact="" his="" me="" that="" to="" was="" words="">
Look, there's even a heart on the blink blink!  I really think the lego couple is a brilliant idea.  Smart boy!

Early Valentine's Day pressie

I was told that my pressies comes in parts. So last week, I got 8 carebears encast in glass display box. The boy actually went to different places to gather different color bears and then went to our usual framer to custom make a glass box. And yesterday, I got a bunch of tulips and a tiny pink carebear tied to it. There is something else that came with the flowers which I will share later. I wonder what else I will be getting. The suspense is killing me -.-"

Thian-ning

And the boy wants me to be prepared to be Mrs Thian :D His elder sister asked me if I've met his daughter. Unfortunately, I haven't. But we are going to Legoland after Chinese New Year so I will have the chance to meet her. The boy got me an annual premium pass so I get unlimited access to Legoland and water theme park as well as 10% discount for entrance to Hello Kitty land. Will post up our recent Legoland trip on my travel blog as soon as I sort out the pics. Hope to post up before the next Legoland trip after Chinese New Year.

Funny little random gift

The boy gave me this little purse. How come no money inside??
