Now we've seen our share of geeky marriage proposals in our day, but Isaac Lamb's insanely epic live lip-dub proposal may just be the most epically awesome "she said yes!" story of them all. The Portland actor had his brother sit girlfriend Amy Frankel down in the back of a Honda CRV and put on some headphones, with the purportedly innocent motive of "playing her a song."

The song that followed was surely far more than Amy was prepared for, as evidenced by the picture-in-picture view of her amazing reaction as Isaac's over-the-top friends and family live lip-dub production unfolded. We're glad she said yes, because anybody who goes to such lengths to craft one of the most unique proposals of all time sure seems like a keeper.

If you thought that was great, just imagine what it's like to have a computerized reverend preside over a wedding ceremony.

Alright, my silver accessories samples have arrived.  What's so special about them, you ask.  Well, nothing very special except that they came from UK and are made of 99.9% silver (that's pure silver if you don't know).  Nope 925 sterling silver is not pure silver.  It is actually 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other metal, usually copper.  Many people have the perception that pure silver cannot be crafted in jewellery due to it's soft nature.  Well, there is a technique but it's against industry rule to share it here so I will just keep my mouth shut.  I signed the Non-disclosure agreement so I'll be sued for speaking.  Nonetheless, just know that it can be done! 

So how much do I pay for them?  Told you they are samples already....so they are free.  I actually ordered one bracelet with my name and hand print but it's still in UK.  Someone who's forgotten to send my bracelet with the samples will be bringing it down to Singapore this month. Yup, I custom made mine much much cheaper than market price.

Besides the silver accessories, my electric nail file arrived in Singapore as well.  This comes with pedal, so I don't need to press the stupid button all the time.  It's tiring!  So all those baby casts can be completed in time!

This is the irritating hand held nail file that requires me to press the lavender colored button.  My thumb got tired even before I can finish one cast!

Never give up

Never ever give up believing in yourself.  When others say you can't...prove them wrong.

1. He misses being single sometimes
As much as he loves your company, he also wants to play his PS3, watch TV and just leave his dirty laundry on the floor. "I've been in a relationship for six years, and I do wonder what life would be like if I was a single guy. Thankfully, my girlfriend is wonderful and understands that I enjoy doing my own thing," says Mike, 30. Who knows? Giving each other time off might make you appreciate each other more.
(Yuko: That's understandable.  Everyone misses being single at one time or another.  But one should refrain from doing that too often because if that's the case, then stay single.  Don't get into any relationship at all.)


2. He can be vain
There may be times when he's wondering if his new shirt matches his favourite pair of jeans or if he needs a haircut. But don't expect him to go ask his friends like most women do. "I have a secret fixation for online shopping. I have a weakness for shoes and I'm constantly on the lookout for websites with great styles and good bargains," admits Vic, 35. "I also subscribe to newsletters to get the latest updates — and almost my entire shoe collection is bought online! No one knows about this — I'm too embarrassed to talk about it."
(Yuko: Yah, I can attest to that.  I've got ex-colleagues who loves their hair or face so much, they bought spa package!  I've even got an ex-colleague who has several pairs of glasses at home - just to match clothings.  Then again, I thought it's ok.  Guys are human too!)


3. He often thinks about sex
"Of course we think about sex all the time," says Nick, 28. And they fantasise. "It can be the hot girl I met in the cinema or Scarlett Johansson's kissable pout," adds Isaac, 31. But don't get jealous just yet — thinking about the deed reminds him of you and may make him want you even more.

4. He's worried you'll break his heart
If you're worried your boyfriend might cheat on you and break your heart in some way, know that it's the same for him. "My girlfriend's really attractive and I get very insecure sometimes when there are other guys checking her out," says Praveen, 37. The fact is, everyone is scared to get hurt.
(Yuko: Then give her the assurance she needs.  If she needs commitment, give it to her.  If she needs communication, give it to her. Only when she receives what is due to her, will she be able to give you what is due to you.  Relationship is a two way communication, never one way.  Selfishness don't work too well here.)

5. He feels insecure too
He may seem calm, cool and collected, but deep down he has his own insecurities. "There are days when I feel lousy about myself, especially if I'm having a bad day at work," says Faizal, 29. And if he's been silent the past few days, don't just jump to conclusions. "When I'm feeling down, all I want is to be on my own — no conversations, just me and the TV," says Colin, 39.
(Yuko: I think I am the queen of insecurity.  I need constant reminder that I am loved.  Once my emo tank gets bottom low, funny things happen.  So I can definitely identify with this area.)
